COVID-19 Shelter in Place Mandate

Dear Customer,

This letter is to update all Ajax-CECO customers as the steps that we are taking to comply with both Federal & State of Ohio mandates due to the COVID-19 issues.

Ajax-CECO is a supplier of parts and services to Department of Defense Contractors and therefore required maintain a minimum support and manufacturing capacity available to support our customers.

Although we will be operating with reduced staffing, most of the key individuals in each department will be working remotely and are available by email, text or telephone. All sales & vendor visits will be suspended at both the offices in Wickliffe OH and the manufacturing facility in Euclid OH. Any visits would need to be scheduled in advance with all parties complying government recommended “social distancing’ guidelines.

Shipping & receiving will be operating as normal with minimal disruption in the ability to support customer’s needs. Sales teams will be in place remotely to support parts, service and equipment requests so please feel free to contact us during normal business hours.

We appreciate that during these unusual times all our customer and suppliers are working diligently to maintain both compliance with Government regulations while supporting their customers and markets.
